It's not too soon to begin thinking about the future!  This session is designed specifically for parents (guardians, grandparents, foster parents, etc.) of students in junior high, and it will help you learn ways that you can support your child as they begin to think about work and career options.

The program is led by a knowledgeable instructor who will provide participants with information about course selection, personal qualities needed for success, helpful websites, a parent guide, and a student workbook that you can take away with you.

The program takes one evening to complete:

• Location: Cunard Junior High

This program is offered free of charge throught the Department of Education and EArly Childhood Development; however, participants must register in advance.  You can register online at www.parentsascareercoaches.ca or you can call the school office (902-479-4418) and ask to have your name added to the list.
